He is the author of: “Hiring Winners,” a Business Week Book Club Main Selection; and “Seven Rules for Hiring Extraordinary Talent, A Business Story.” Dick was one of the original founders of Confab, and has served as Chairman or been the committee every year.

Cherryll Sevy CMC – Cypress Ridge Solutions

Cherryll Sevy (Confab Co-Chair), President of Cypress Ridge Solutions, specializes in human resource strategies, pay for performance compensation and incentive plans, including Executive Compensation Plans, Sales Incentive Plans, and Board of Directors’ Compensation.  Cherryll has been on the Confab committee for many years in a variety of roles.
