I just stopped by the exhibit that Omnia has at Confab 2008 and spoke to company representative Carol Ardell. Omnia offers an employee profiling tool for use in evaluating candidates for hire, promotion, training opportunities and more. The profiles can also be used for team-building, to address morale and management issues and for succession planning. [...]
