Omnia offers an employee profiling tool for use in evaluating candidates for hire, promotion, training opportunities and more. The profiles can also be used for team-building, to address morale and management issues and for succession planning. Carol said that Omnia does not send out computer-generated profiles with jargon that executives may not understant.
