Session Description:

Join us and witness the new world of strategic enablement.  The world of customer tangible benefits and cost-conscious decision making, exposed “only” by using modern analytics.  You will explore real-world examples, assess and refine change, then predict future outcomes as they apply to the P&L, Customer Satisfaction, and resource allocation.

Session Objective / Value

Participants will consult in or have interest in: Mergers &Acquisitions  due diligence; Turn-a-Rounds; Crisis Management; Growth Advisory; General Advisory for Strategic Directional Planning, Future State Modeling, Optimization of Strategies, or Integration of Joint Venture and or Acquisition Planning; Cost Reduction and or Cost Avoidance Planning; Project Feasibility Analysis; Consensus Building; or Exit Strategies for Business Valuation and Negotiations.

The format will include a general overview exposing the power of good analytical methods and properly executed plans within the decision making process.  This is followed by an inter-operable audience participation example of how to make a decision when looking at an analytics based business scenario and picture.  We rap up by presenting a “dashboard” for an example project and present how you can alter a company’s future state given different environmental business variables and how change affects a company’s resource allocation process.

The presentation is heavy on capability enrichment and increasing your knowledge base of business technologies available [today] to drive growth with profit.
