PreConference Workshops
PreConference Workshops are three hour sessions devoted to providing tools that accomplish a specific set of deliverables for consultants to gain a new skills or steps that help their practice. This year we will present two workshops. Both will start at 3:30 PM and end at 6:30 PM on Saturday, October 24. These workshops are provided in addition to the Keynote and Concurrent Sessions described on this page. An additional fee is charged to attend these workshops.
Workshop 1 – “Positioning, Packaging and Promoting Your Practice for Success”. How is your marketing effort working for you? Is your positioning bringing clients to you? Linda Popky will show you how to create a plan that will successfully market your consulting business.
Workshop 2 – “How to Create Captivating Webinars and Virtual Presentations”. Let’s face it. It’s not easy to stay abreast of the new in technology. Tom Drews will show you how to harness the Internet to get your knowledge and expertise in front of your market for growing your business.
General Sessions: General sessions are sessions of interest to every attendee.

These are breakout sessions that are run in parallel with each other. They are directed toward acquiring a specific skill or learning about a specific consulting competency.
