As consultants it’s critical that we’re able to effectively connect with our clients so they feel heard, understood and confident that we’re able to help them.   In this workshop you will learn your primary communication style, how to leverage this as a strength and how to most effectively use this in an easy 6-step sales process to effectively enroll new clients.

Objective / Value:

In this workshop, you will also learn the three primary communication styles.  You will determine your communication preference, how to identify that of others and most important how to better connect with others whose style differs from yours.   You will also learn a simple process leveraging your communication style to have effective, productive and impactful sales conversations that will significantly increase your conversion rate.   This 6-step process is designed to ensure that the conversation between you and your prospect gets to the source of why they want to hire you.   Your conversations will have a specific focus, clear direction and a winning outcome.   It will also ensure that your prospect feels heard, understood and that their key points are addressed.  This process is designed to build confidence in your ability to close more business by more effectively articulating your services and products with ease.

Speaker Biography:

Nikki Anderson has been speaking and coaching for the past seven years.  More recently she joined Think Feel Know as the founding CEO for the USA. She has spent much of her time helping entrepreneurs, executives and mid-sized teams develop and strengthen their communication skills, expediting both cultural and commercial growth.  She is skilled at facilitating workshops, trainings and meetings to elicit connection, unity and clarity, resulting in forward action and bottom-line results.  Nikki is passionate about many things in her life although, at the core are health and wellness – her foundation.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a concentration in Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is also a Certified Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute. Prior to her career in executive coaching, Nikki held marketing roles at Andersen Consulting, Ernst & Young, LLC., La Salle Partners and The Life Balance Institute.
