Speaker Biography:

Having run a marketing communications company for 14 years, growing it from 2 to over 120 employees, up to $12M in sales, Laurie was well aware of the challenges of a consulting practice when she started her own company, FlashPoint! in 2006. Knowing her goal was not to create an employee-centric organization, Laurie knew her income would be limited to how many hours a week she choose to work, how many weeks in a year and how many years.

For the last 3 years, Laurie has focused on developing products, creating a license-based program and turning a portion of her business into an online business. Her goal? Create multiple streams of income, based on her competencies, that will generate passive income for years to come.

While Laurie has created a product, written several ebooks, has had her license program up and running for 2 years and is at the start of taking a portion of her business and putting in on line, the audience will benefit from Laurie’s on-going challenges she faces as she puts her vision into practice.
