Session Description
You know it’s vital to partner with your client’s key C-level executives–especially now. In this session you will learn a 4 step process that includes preparation steps, communication tips, and checklists that will help you meet key CXOs, align with their priorities, and gain status as a valued team advisor and resource.
Session Objective / Value
The session will help attendees become more valued C-Level advisors and resources instead of having their services refused, delayed or eliminated.
Attendees will get a practical profile of CXOs, what they face, and the kind of help they need from consultants. Practices learned in this session will help provide the confidence and skills to work more directly with CXOs.
The session is built around a four step process (1) Prepare, (2) Align, (3) Engage, and (4) Communicate. Attendees will leave with a structure they can use to understand CXOs and their current pressures, meet them, align with them, help them and stay connected via valued communication.
The presenter will illustrate the steps and tools from his own partnering experiences as CEO, COO, CMO of operating client companies and as a consultant. Specific checklists and a very helpful alignment tool will be provided and explained with actual examples.
