“If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got.” To win in the new economy we need to do things differently, to build deeper relationships and solve critical problems to generate true value. We need a new way to think about problem-solving.
Session Objective / Value
How do we build a relationship of trust with our prospects in order to earn their business? What is the new language of effective marketing? How can we master our message so we don’t have to sell?! Once we obtain a client, how do we guarantee value and produce solid results? All great consultants are problem solvers, how can we systemize this process to insure good results for our clients? How can we be more strategic in our thinking?
Speaker Biography
Wende Jones, the President and CEO of Agile Northwest, Inc., leads a team of engineers as they develop and implement custom software solutions for clients. With previous experience as a CFO and Director of Operations, she is sensitive to the challenges facing companies today. Holding a degree in Management and Finance from the University of Oregon and credentials as a Certified Management Consultant, Wende brings ‘bottom line’ insights to her clients providing ideas that reduce costs, improve productivity and increase efficiency. She has been working with clients for two decades to solve critical business problems with timely technology solutions. Even with clients spread across the nation, Wende values working as a team and building a sense of community. She serves as a board member for her local Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce.
