Session Description
Attend this workshop to learn from our panel of leading experts about social media and specifically how to get the most from the time and money you spend on LinkedIn, FaceBook and Twitter. Learn to use social media like a pro to improve client service, business development and recruiting. Note: Get the most out of this session by creating your profiles on these sites ahead of time. So create your free LinkedIn, FaceBook and Twitter profiles today to get started.
This is a hands on session. Bring your laptop so you can implement exciting changes while you attend the session. If you already blog, Linkedin, Twitter, or Facebook, bring copies of your profiles for these social networking tools. If you’ve had success with any of these tools, you will be able to share how you did it. If you have any questions or frustrations, this is a great session to get the answers you need to succeed.

Session Objective / Value
This session is designed to provide advice from four experienced experts who will demonstrate what consultant’s need to know to increase business and generate revenue from social media tools such as blogging, LinkedIn, FaceBook, and Twitter. Participants will leave the session with action plans to make social media work for their consulting practices. They will understand what sort of planning and execution is required to get the most out of the use of these tools.

Michael Clawson, Panel Member
Michael Clawson is Chief Fish of Big Fish Creations, an advertising and digital media company in the Sierra town of Graeagle. He has been working in the graphics and advertising field for over 12 years. Michael is an expert user in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks. Michael is very capable on the Apple Macintosh for both use and troubleshooting and some repair. Michael also has an extensive creative writing and musical background, which includes a Bachelors of Arts from San Jose State University in the field of Creative Arts. Michael also has a minor in Music and has studied Cybernetics and Systems Theory.
