 Speaker Biography

Dr. Taylor has served as president of Taylor Protocols for twenty years, performing more than 200 business turn-around projects and another 200+ business optimization projects. He is the developer of the Core Values Index (CVI) and the Taylor Protocols, which serve to put every person in the right seat doing the right work.

The CVI is the first human assessment to characterize and quantify what Abraham Maslow described as the innate unchanging nature in people. Dr. David Mashburn, nationally recognized expert in human assessments asserts that Taylor Protocols is the only company that is able to accurately and consistently match this innate nature of the individual with the tasks of any job.

Taylor was a pioneer in non-invasive cardiac output technology, and in IBM PC computer speech recognition. He employs some of the same pattern recognition and pattern matching algorithms to solve the future top performer identification challenge.
