Registration Rates
Because Confab is a conference created by volunteer consultants for consultants, it is an affordable conference that offers a great value. Confab costs 40-50% below comparable professional meetings. The registration fee covers far more than most conferences, with several hosted bar networking sessions and most meals.

Registration Includes:
- Full conference registration
- The Confab Photo Directory which contains all consultant attendees’ photo and practice descriptions (so you remember who you met and how to re-connect after Confab)
- Saturday “Welcome to Confab” Cocktail Networking Party (with hearty hors d’oeuvres)
- Sunday breakfast, lunch and evening banquet and entertainment
- Monday breakfast, lunch and evening cocktail party
- On-line access to most Conference presentations (some speakers cannot release their proprietary materials)

Hotel Reservations
We have arranged for special hotel rates at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa as Confab registration does NOT include hotel reservations. Reservations can be made by linking here (hotel reservation) and using the Confab rate code of SIMC11. Confab reservations for the Luxury Tower rooms will be $69 for Sunday-Thursday nights and $99 for Friday and Saturday nights with the resort fee waived.
Check-in and On-site Registration
Conference and hotel registration will be available on Saturday, October 22nd from 2:30-5:30 and Sunday, October 23rd from 7:00 to 5:00 in the non-smoking conference area. During this time, attendees may register for their hotel at the same time and place as Confab registration. (You will have your picture taken during registration for the photo directory.) During other times, attendees will use the regular hotel lobby for hotel registration.
Golf
Whether you’re a scratch player or play only once a year, Confab’s foursome scramble on Saturday is fun for all. Our package includes green fees, cart, box lunch, range balls and transportation. Golf is scheduled from 8:30-2:30 on Saturday.
Sunday Night Dinner, Cocktails and Entertainment
Sunday night is always an evening of fun and networking with other attendees. For dinner, you have a choice of beef, fish or vegetarian meals.
Photo Directory
Want a quick way to find consultants at Confab, remember whom you met this year and what they do? Our Photo Directory of fellow attendees is distributed during Confab and is a great networking tool. Be sure you check in to have your picture and practice description included. Don’t forget to include a 25-word sales-oriented description of your consulting practice when you register on line.
Presentation materials
You will have complimentary access to session materials online for you to print prior to Confab. The materials offered will be the note versions of the available Power Point presentations provided by the speakers for the Confab sessions. The session speakers may also elect to bring materials to their sessions. A bound pre-printed paper version of these materials may be purchased during registration.
Cancellation policy
There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations after October 1 and before October 15. Sorry, no refunds after October 15.
